Laser etching is a permanent process that etches without contact and marks without the use of inks or dyes. Laser markings are sterile and highly resistant to acids, cleaning agents or bodily fluids. 

Laser marking provides long lasting product traceability. It is also the fastest method compared to traditional marking methods such as ink stamping, paint pen, chemical etching, pad printing, or mechanical engraving.
